"Low Sperm Count - Going, Going...gone!"
Most people are not aware that sperm counts in modern men have been declining for years. Often
it's only after months of failing to conceive a child that men discover they
suffer from low sperm count and poor sperm motility. It's estimated that
up to 40% of men now have a low sperm count in their semen, with up to 10% of
those having a zero sperm count.
The good news is that there are a number of things you can do to raise your
sperm count, and increase sperm motility. (Sperm motility refers to the number
of sperm which are active and moving within the semen). Eating more nutritious
foods, switching from briefs to boxers to lower the temperature of the
testicles, and quitting smoking, drinking, and caffeine will all have a positive
impact on your sperm production and sperm health.
Probably the fastest way to make more sperm is by taking a medically formulated
sperm pill, as they combine a number of vitamins and minerals known to raise
sperm counts. Most doctor-approved sperm supplements contain a number of
ingredients such as Zinc, Folic Acid, Selenium, L-Arginine, and Vitamins A, C,
and E. These compounds and others have been scientifically proven to raise sperm
count, increase semen production, and promote sperm health and motility.
A growing number of men will eventually find out that they have problems with
low sperm count, sperm motility, and reduced semen production. As with most medical
problems, taking action in the early stages is the best way to reverse the
problem. Some men are more prone than others to infertility problems.
Factors for low sperm count and fertility
problems:
- Being very overweight or underweight
- Poor Nutrition
- Smoking (lowers sperm count and reduces erections)
- Alcohol
- Marijuana, Cocaine, and other recreational drug use
- Diabetes
Sperm counts are declining rapidly in all industrialized countries due to many known and some unknown environmental factors.
Although low sperm count is becoming a global phenomenon, you can reverse this
problem and dramatically increase sperm count if you take action now. Some minor
lifestyle changes and adding a sperm pill to your diet will quickly improve your
semen and sperm load, and greatly improve sperm health.
Sperm Counts - Low sperm count vs. No sperm count
A large number of men currently suffer from a low sperm count. What is
considered low? An average ejaculation should contain 20 to 60 million sperm.
Anything below 20 million would be considered a low sperm count, and would
probably result in the fertility doctor recommending a sperm
volume pill, to boost semen production and increase sperm
count.
Anything less than 20 million sperm, and a man will find it increasingly difficult
to get his partner pregnant. Why is this? Because all though that sounds like a
lot of sperm, a huge amount of sperm in any ejaculation are not viable due to poor health, low
sperm motility, and genetic defects.
In actual fact, even for a man with a normal sperm count, once the semen is
deposited in the vagina, only about 200 sperm will eventually embark on the journey to fertilize the egg.
Most sperm will be destroyed by the woman's body or will die on their own due to
poor sperm health.
If you have a low sperm
count, far fewer will make this journey, making the odds of conceiving very
unlikely. Accordingly, the best way to ensure a good chance of fertilization is
to boost your semen production, increase sperm count, and improve the overall
health of the sperm that you make. Sperm volume pills are the fastest and most
effective way to accomplish all of these goals quickly and safely.
